Administrative Orders December 16, 1999
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Article VIII of the Constitution, the HON. IBARRA B. JACULBE, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 35, Dumaguete, is hereby DESIGNATED Acting
Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 37, same court, in
addition to his regular duties, effective immediately and to continue
until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge
thereat or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to
an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided
for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February
2, 1999.
