The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Metrobank Foundation, Inc., will conduct the Eighth Metrobank Foundation Professorial Chair Lecture, featuring the topic “Legal Nuances to the Philippine Ratification to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court” by Professor Herminio Harry L.
