RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ILAGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of
the Province of Isabela, subject to private rights, if any there be, a parcel
of the public domain situated in the municipality of Ilagan, Province of
Isabela, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described in the Bureau of
Lands plan Psu-125409, to wit:

“A parcel of land (as shown on plan Psu-125409,
G.L.R.O. Record No………….), situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Ilagan,
Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N. by properties of the
Provincial Government of Isabela (High School Site) and La Insular (II-598); on
the NE. by property of the La Insular (II-598); on the SE. by property of the
Philippine Constabulary and National Highway; and on the SW. and W. by National
Highway. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being No. 6° 27′ E., 420.88
m. from Church Steeple 2, municipality of Ilagan, Isabela, thence S. 29° 11′
E., 62.50 m. to point 2; thence N. 68° 15′ E., 29.16 m. to point 3; thence S.
15° 34′ W.; 38.66 m. to point 4; thence S. 27° 37′ W., 66.80 m. to point 5;
thence N. 63° 40′ W., 106.82 m. to point 6; thence N. 82° 28′ W, 74.74 m. to
point 7; thence N. 17° 36′ W., 70.99 m. to point 8; thence N. 45° 31′ 18.96 m.
to point 9; thence N. 89° 22′ E., 188. 61 m. to point of beginning; containing
an area of 20,555 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are
indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: point 1, by old
post; points 2 and 3, by old corners; and the rest, by P. L. S. Cyl. Cone;
Mons. bearings true; date of survey, March 14, 1950, and that of the approval,
June 9, 1950.”
