This resolves the Motion for Reconsideration (Rollo, pp. 100-109) of Our Decision (Rollo, pp. 92-97) dated April 29, 2013 filed by defendant-appellant Lourdes P. S. Sangreo on May 30, 2013, to which plaintiffs-appellees filed their Opposition (Rollo, pp. 122-126) on June 13, 2013. Defendant-appellant Lourdes P.S. Sangreo later filed a Reply (Rollo, pp. 129-135) on July 2, 2013 and plaintiffs-appellees’ Controversion (Rollo, pp. 139-140) thereto was filed on July 19, 2013. A Rejoinder to Controversion (Rollo, pp. 141-148) was filed by defendant-appellant Lourdes P. S. Sangreo on August 6, 2013.
After evaluating the arguments raised by movant Lourdes P. S. Sangreo vis-a-vis the challenged Decision, We find no solid and convincing reason or justification to modify much less recall Our findings as embodied in the decision sought to be reconsidered. Perforce, the instant motion is DENIED.
