It appears that, on April 21, 2014, the supposed petitioner filed
in this Court a motion for additional time to file its supposed petition
for review of the Final Award made on January 14, 2014 by the Arbitral
Tribunal of the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) in
CIAC Case No. 37-2012. However, on May 7, 2014, the supposed petitioner
filed in this Court a manifestation that it is withdrawing its motion
for additional time to file its supposed petition for review and that it
is no longer filing such petition for review.
[*] Acting Senior Member vice J. Elbinias per Office Order No. 221-14-ABR dated May 21, 2014
in this Court a motion for additional time to file its supposed petition
for review of the Final Award made on January 14, 2014 by the Arbitral
Tribunal of the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) in
CIAC Case No. 37-2012. However, on May 7, 2014, the supposed petitioner
filed in this Court a manifestation that it is withdrawing its motion
for additional time to file its supposed petition for review and that it
is no longer filing such petition for review.
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, this Court considers
the motion of Italian-Thai Development Public Company, Ltd. for
additional time to file petition for review as WITHDRAWN. Consequently,
this case is hereby considered as DROPPED from the docket of this
Court, CLOSED and TERMINATED.
