LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF R. M. PINGOL CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
In view of the expiration of the one (1) year suspension/blacklisting
of R.M. Pingol Construction and Development Corporation (RMPCDC) and
its officers/stockholders from participating in any bidding or entering
into any contract in the DPWH and its line agencies as and by way of
administrative sanction for the rescission of its contract for the
Construction/Improvement of Jct. Maharlika Highway-Jaen San Isidro Road,
Contract Package IV-a under the Rural Road Network Development Project
(II) provided under Department Order No. 48 dated 22 September 2006, the
suspension/blacklisting of RMPCDC and its officers/stockholders is
hereby lifted effective this date.
The lifting of the suspension/blacklisting of RMPCDC and its
officers/stockholders does not, however, in any manner extinguish its
monetary obligation, if there be any, in connection with its rescinded
contract for the project herein mentioned.
