This is a Petition for Certiorari filed by Chase Power Ltd. And Chase Power Management Inc. assailing the Order dated February 27, 2014 issued by public respondent. Apparent from the said petition is the lack of a motion for reconsideration filed before seeking recourse under Rule 65 of the Rules of Court, and there was nary an explanation as to its absence. A motion for reconsideration being a condition sine qua non before a Petition for Certiorari may proceed, and, in the absence of a justification why this was not resorted to, We give this petition a short shrift. The petition for ceriorari is accordingly DISMISSED.
