After a careful perusal of the Motion for Reconsideration (Rollo, pp. 171-177) filed by petitioner of the Decision of this Court dated October 30, 2013 (Rollo, pp. 158-169), as well as the Comment (Rollo, pp. 189-193) filed by respondent, the Court finds no cogent reason to amend, revise, much less reverse said Decision.
WHEREFORE, the Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit .
