AIRMEN LICENSE
National Administrative Register [ ATO MEMORANDUM/CIRCULAR, September 24, 1992 ]
Effective immediately to ensure compliance to standard procedures, all airmen are required to personally report to Aviation Safety Division Licensing Section in cases where there is need to change license forms.
Strict adherence to this memorandum is enjoined.
