The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), IPO and USAID-AGILE will
jointly conduct a Training Seminar on the aforementioned topic for all
the following Judges designated to handle cases involving Intellectual
Property Rights, on June 17-19 2002 (Monday to Wednesday), at the Manila
Diamond Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Manila:

Attendance of the Judges in this Training Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
The Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are
properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.
All properly documented travel expenses, shall be reimbursed by USAID-AGILE.
Formal business attire is required. No companions and no substitution of participants shall be allowed.
Any communication relating to the training seminar shall be addressed
