DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 16 TO 22, 1952, AS THE FIRST NATIONAL PHILATELIC WEEK IN THE PHILIPPINES.

In order to draw the people’s attention to the
First Pan Asian Philatelic Exhibition to be held in Manila next November, I, Elpidio
Quirino, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by
law, do hereby declare the period from November 16 to 22, .1952, as the First
National Philatelic Week in the Philippines.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 10th day of
October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-two, and of the
Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
