DIRECTING THE PARTICIPATION OF EMPLOYEES THE OFFICE OF DEPUTY COURT ADMINISTRATOR THELMA C. BAHIA TO ATTEND THE TEAM ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING WORKSHOP
The Team Assessment and Planning Workshop aims to:
- enhance team productivity
- assess and realize the success indicators of the previous plans
- identify the office’s short term, medium term and long term goals
- identify the dynamics that contribute to team effectiveness
- discuss the expectations of each member as team members of the organization
- define the importance of the role of the members in the office
- identify and discuss the factor of change and how to deal with it
