In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 84-2012, the following are hereby authorized to attend the “Increasing Judicial Efficiency: Seminar-Workshop for Judges on the Effective Use of the Benchbook for Philippine Trial Courts (Revised and Expanded)” which will be held on October 9, 2012, at the Mallberry Suites Business Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City;

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
