Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. Section two of Act Numbered Twenty-six hundred and twenty-nine is hereby amended to read as follows:

“SEC. 2. The expenses of the Bureau of Education incident to carrying out the provisions of this Act shall be met from funds provided by the current appropriations for that bureau: Provided, That the amount of sales stock to be carried by the Bureau of Education shall at no time exceed in value the sum of sixty thousand pesos.”
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
