DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2026 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIA, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO
Presidential Proclamations September 3, 2026
WHEREAS, on 18 September 2026, Friday, the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration if its 73rd Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Victoria be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 18 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
