Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section three of Republic Act Numbered One thousand four hundred forty-six is hereby amended to read as follows:
“SEC. 3. There is authorized to be appropriated annually for a period of twenty years, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifty thousand pesos to constitute the Veterinary Science Scholarship Fund and to carry into effect the purposes of this Act.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
