DECLARING FRIDAY, 07 DECEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL {NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M’LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO
Presidential Proclamations November 29, 2018
WHEREAS, on 07 December 2018, Friday, the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato, will mark the celebration of the Kawayanan Festival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of M’lang, be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 07 December 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
