AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE AT THE COLLOQUIUM ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS SEMINAR-WORKSHOP FOR JUDGES OF THE SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURTS
The Philippine Judicial Academy, co-organizing with the Intellectual Property Office (IPOPhil), will conduct a three (3) day live-in seminar-workshop on Intellectual Property Rights for all commercial court judges on September 21-23, 2004 at the Dusit Hotel, Makati City.

Attendance of judges in this seminar shal be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed at a later date upun submission of properly documented receipts.
The judges should see to it that their respective eiwt are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
