Title: Sylvia R. Rivera vs. Atty. Bayani P. Dalangin

Facts:
Sylvia Rivera, after the RTC’s dismissal of their case against Felipe Pecache regarding a land dispute and the subsequent affirmation by the Court of Appeals (CA), sought Atty.
