PROCLAMATION NO. 1290, June 04, 2026
DECLARING MONDAY, 22 JUNE 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALAPATAN, PROVINCE OF SARANGANI
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Malapatan, Province Sarangani will mark the celebration of its 57th Founding Anniversary on 21 June 2026, which falls on a Sunday;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Malapatan to fully participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan requested that 22 June 2026, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 21 June 2026;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malapatan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFOR, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 22 June 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malapatan, Province of Sarangani.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
