DECLARING SATURDAY, 04 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF INFANTA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN
<div align=”justify”><strong>WHEREAS</strong>, on 04 October 2025, Saturday, the Municipality of Infanta, Province of Pangasinan will mark the celebration of its 149th Founding Anniversary;<p><strong>WHEREAS</strong>, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Infanta be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; </p><p><strong>NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, </strong>Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, <strong>FERDINAND R.
