DECLARING MONDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ILIGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE
Presidential Proclamations September 15, 2025
WHEREAS, on 29 September 2025, Monday, the City of Iligan will mark the celebration of the Diyandi Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iligan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 29 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iligan, Province of Lanao del Norte.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
