PROCLAMATION NO. 1212, April 13, 2026
DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 APRIL 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOLINAO, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN
WHEREAS, on 17 April 2026, Friday, the Municipality of Bolinao, Province of Pangasinan will mark the celebration of the Mangunguna Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bolinao be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 17 April 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bolinao, Province of Pangasinan.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
