DECLARING TUESDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
Presidential Proclamations October 13, 2025
WHEREAS, on 04 November 2025, Tuesday, the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its annual festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 04 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
