DECLARING FRIDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIÑAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE
WHEREAS,
on 28 October 2025 Friday, the Municipality of Piñan, Province of Zamboanga Del Norte will mark the celebration of its 74th Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it
is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Piñan
be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and
enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,
do hereby declare Friday, 28 October 2025, a special (non-working)
day in the Municipality of Piñan, Province of Zamboanga Del Norte.
