DECLARING FRIDAY, 13 JUNE 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SILAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental will have its fiesta celebration and cultural activities from 02 to 13 June 2025;
WHEREAS, on 13 June 2025, Friday, the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the culmination of such momentous celebration;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Silay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 13 June 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
