Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture
and Commerce and pursuant to the provision of section 83 of Commonwealth Act
No. 141, as amended, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No.
305, series of 1938, and reserve for warehouse purposes under the
administration of the Philippine Red Cross, Block No. 166, Reclamation No. 1,
Manila South Harbor, Port Area, City of Manila.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Manila, this 10^th
