RESERVING FOR WAREHOUSE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LEGASPI PORT, MUNICIPALITY OF LEGASPI, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of
Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement
and reserve for warehouse purposes, under the administration of the National
Coconut Corporation, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following
parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Legaspi Port,
municipality of Legaspi, Province of Albay, Island of Luzon, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan Irs-1, S.
69-58’  E., 286.48 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Legaspi Cad. 47, thence N.
70-10’ E., 54.07 meters to point2; S. 11-41’ E., 45.90 meters to point 3; S.
68-41’ W., 45.10 meters to point4; N. 22-53’ W., 46.67 meters to point 1, point
of beginning.

Containing an area of two thousand two hundred
eighty (2,280) square meters, more or less.

All points are marked by B. L. Cyl. Conc.

Bounded on the NE., by Salvage Zone of Albay
Gulf; on the SE., by proposed road; on the SW., by lot 1774 of Legaspi
Cadastre; and on the NW., by lot 1633 of Legaspi Cadastre.

Bearings true; declination 0-35’ E.

All points referred to are marked on plan Irs-1.
