Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale and
settlement and reserve for the use of the Economic Development Corps (EDCOR)
under the administration of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, subject to
private rights, if any there be, and to future classification and final survey
and to such conditions and restrictions as may be imposed in accordance with
the Forest Law and Regulations, the following described parcel of land
excluding such portions thereof as shall be segregated and delimited by the
Bureau of Forestry as timberland under its control and administration and Block
I of approximately 1,000 hectares under Land Classification Project No. 9-C of
Parang Cotabato, certified by the Bureau of Forestry on March 5, 1952, and such
areas under Pls-263 which have already been given due course by the Bureau of
Lands, of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Parang, Province of
Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked “1” on sketch plan,
being the Sitio of Sapao, Barrio Baldon, Parang, Cotabato, thence N. 55 deg.
30’ W., about 9,000 m. to point 2; thence following the boundary line of the
Province of Cotabato and Lanao in a northeasterly and southeasterly directions
to point of the intersection of the boundary lines of Cotabato, Lanao and
Bukidnon; thence following the boundary line of the Provinces of Cotabato and
Bukidnon in a southeasterly direction to a point on the Sayre National Highway;
thence following the Sayre National Highway in a southwesterly direction to
point 3; thence S 65 deg. W, about 15,900 m. to point 4; thence S 81 deg. 40’
W, about 14,800 m. to point 5; thence S 86 deg. 30’ W, about 9,000 m. to point
6; thence S 4 deg. W, about 3,200 m. to point 7; thence S 83 deg. W, about
12,200 m. to point 8; thence S 72 deg. W, about 2,000 m. to point 9; thence
following the southwestern boundary of Pls-263 in a northwesterly direction
about 2,750 m. to point 10; thence Due West about 8,750 m. to point 11; thence
Due North about 6,750 m. to point 12; thence Due East about 5,500 m. to point
13; thence N 9 deg. 30’ W, about 13,000 m. to point 1, the point of beginning.
