RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPS (EDCOR) A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGLIPAY, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND …
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture
and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of
Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale and
settlement and reserve for the use of the Economic Development Corps (EDCOR)
under the administration of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, subject to
private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that the timber and other
forest products therein shall remain under the administrative control of the
Bureau of Forestry, in accordance with the Forest Law and Regulations, the
following parcel of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Aglipay,
Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, to wit:
Beginning at point 1 which is N. 48° E., about
2,900 meters from sitio Angat, municipality of Aglipay, Nueva Vizcaya; thence
