PROCLAMATION NO. 367, February 11, 1953
RESERVING FOR ANIMAL BREEDING STATION PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BASCO, PROVINCE AND ISLAND OF BATANES.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and
Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth
Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve
for animal breeding station purposes under the administration of the Bureau of
Animal Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future
survey a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of
Basco, Province and Island of Batanes, containing an area of about 18.0000
hectares, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Forestry Plan Cn.
F-859 as follows, to wit:

NOTE. Corner 1, located at the junction of Sayad Creek and

Done in the City of Manila, this 11th day of February, in
the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence
of the Philippines, the seventh.
