PROCLAMATION NO. 334, August 09, 1952

RESERVING FOR BOULEVARD PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BUTUAN CITY.

Presidential Proclamations August 9, 1952



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for boulevard purposes under the administration of the
Province of Agusan, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain
parcel of the public domain situated in Butuan City and more particularly
described in the Bureau of Lands plan SWO-30058, to wit:

“LOT 295
Butuan Cad. 84
(The Prov. Gov’t of Agusan)

“PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 205 of cadastral survey of
Butuan, G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No.), situated in the Municipality of Butuan, Province
of Agusan. Bounded on the N., by property of Hilarion Elumba (not surveyed); on
the E., by Lot 563 of Butuan Ts-65; on the S., by Provincial Road; and on the
W., by Lots 552, 447 and 555, Butuan Cad. Beginning at a point marked “1” on
plan, being N. 13 deg. 34′ W., 742.14 m. from B.L.L.M. 1, Butuan Ts-65,

of beginning; containing an area of TWENTY SIX
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXT FIVE (26,765) Square Meters, more or less. All
points referred to are indicated on the plan and more marked on the ground by
Old Corners; bearings true; declination 1 deg. 30′ E.; date of the cadastral
survey, March 1916-Jan., 1917.

NOTE: This Lot was surveyed for the Gov’t of the
Philippines”.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 9th day of
August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-two, and of the
Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
