Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended and the provisions of Republic Act No.
478 authorizing the establishment of a National Agricultural School in the Province
of Iloilo, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for National
Agricultural School purposes, under the administration of the Director of
Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to final survey
a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipalities of
Lambunao and Calinog, Province of Iloilo, Island of Panay, and more
particularly described as follows, to wit:

Iloilo. Bounded on the N., by reservation for Iloilo Penal Colony (Port, of lot
7962, Calinog cadastre); on the E., by reservation for Iloilo Penal Colony (Port,
of lot 7962, Calinog cadastre), lots 7965-M, 8150-K (Melchor Ladan), 7962-A
