PROCLAMATION NO. 317, June 04, 1952
RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PADADA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of
the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be,
certain parcels of the public domain situated in the municipality of Padada,
Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described in the
Bureau of Lands plan Mr-1025, to wit:
“Lot 8220, Mr-1025 (Tala-o school
site)
A parcel of land (lot 8220 as shown on plan
Mr-1025, G.L.R.O. record No. ————), situated in the barrio of Tala-o,
municipality of Padada, Province of Davao. Bounded on the NE., by property of
Antonio Lanzar; on the E., by property of Antonio Lanzar; on the SW., by property
of Jorge Lantecse and lot 8221 of plan Mr-1025; and on the W., by. lot 5712,
Sta. Cruz cadastre. (Esteban Vital). Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan,
being S. 29° 14′ W., 567.66 meters from B.L.L.M. 139, Sta. Cruz cadastre 275,
thence N. 86° 38′ W., 91.10 m. to point 2 thence N. 86° 39′ W., 93.38 m. to
point 3; thence N. 3° 50′ W., 228.42 m. to point 4; thence N. 0° 53′ W., 21.58
m. to point 5; thence S. 89° 33′ E., 198.92 m. to point 6; thence S. 3° 50′ E.,
250.00 m. to point 7; thence N. 85° 49′ W., 15.52 m. to the point of beginning;
containing an area of 49,581 square meters, more or less. All points referred
to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1
and 4, by old B.L. concrete monuments; and the rest by P.L.S./B.L. concrete
monuments; bearings true; declination 2° 00′ E., date of survey, March 20-21,
1951, and that of the approval, August 3, 1951.
NOTE: Lot 8220 is a portion of lot 5613, Sta. Cruz cadastre 275.”

Mr-1025, G.L.R.O. record No. ————), situated in the barrio of Tala-o,
municipality of Padada, Province of Davao. Bounded on the NE., by lot 8220 of
plan Mr-1025; on the SE., by property of Jorge Lantecsa; on the SW; by
municipal road, and on the W., by let 5712, Sta. Cruz cadastre. Beginning at a
point marked 1 on plan, being S. 42° 16′ W., 680.43 m. from B.L.L.M. 139, Sta.
Cruz cadastre 275, thence N. 11° 16′ W., 19.34 m. to point 2; thence S. 86° 39′
E., 93.38 m. to point 3; thence S. 27° 30′ W., 36.49 m. to point 4; thence N.
75° 26′ W., 75.00 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of 2,208
square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated or. the plan
and are marked on the ground as monuments and the rest bearings true;
declination follows: Point 1, by old B.L. concrete by P.L.SVB.L, Concrete;
monuments; 2° 00′ E., date of survey, March 20-21, 1951, and that of the
approval, August 3, 1951.
