RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for market site purposes, under the administration of
the municipality of Pagadian, subject to private rights, if any there be,
certain parcels of the public domain situated in the municipality of Pagadian,
Province of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described in
the Bureau of Lands plan Psm-911, to wit:

Boundary of PSM-911

A parcel of land (the boundary of plan Psm-911,
G.L.R.O. Record No. ——————), situated in the municipality of Pagadian,
(formerly barrio of Pagasian, municipal District of Labangan) Province of
Zamboanga. Bounded on the NE., SE. and SW., by municipal road; and on the NW.,
by provincial road. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 13° 43′ E.,
338.52 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, municipal district of Labangan, Zamboanga,
thence N. 80° 00′ E., 75.03 meters to point 2; thence N. 80° 16′ E., 25.26
meters to point 3; thence S. 11° 39′ E., 25.10 meters to point 4; thence S. 13°
13′ E., 25.03 meters to point 5; thence S. 11° 41′ E., 25.05 meters to point 6;
thence S. 3° 10′ E., 25.18 meters to point 7; thence S. 78° 18′ W., 19.88
meters to point 8; thence S. 77° 43′ W., 27.83 meters to point 9; thence S. 80°
29′ W., 47.04 meters to point 10; thence N. 14° 56′ W., 26.28 meters to point
11; thence N. 12° 25′ W., 75.41 meters to the point of beginning; containing an
area of 10,075 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are
indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: point 9 by cross
centered with G.I.S. on tree; and the rest, by P.L.S. concrete monuments;
bearing true; declination 1° 46′ E., date of survey August 23, 1936. NOTE: This
survey includes lots A, B, C, D, E, F and G of Psm-911.”
