PROCLAMATION NO. 297, December 13, 1951
RESERVING FOR RADIO STATION SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MAA, DAVAO CITY.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 64(e)
of the Revised Administrative Code and section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I
hereby withdraw from sale or settlement arid reserve for radio station site
purposes under the administration of the Director of Telecommunications,
subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the
private domain of the Government situated in the barrio of Maa, Davao City,
which are more particularly described as follows, to wit:
“LOT 412-N
(Advanced Sketch Plan)
(Proposed Radio Tuning Station Site)
A parcel of land (Lot 412-N of the Advanced
Sketch Plan being a portion of Lot 412 of the cadastral survey of Davao,
G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No. ——), situated in the City of Davao, Island of
Mindanao. Bounded on the N., by Lots 412-K, 412-L and 412-M of the subdivision
plan; on the NE., by Proposed Road; on the E., by Proposed Road: on the SE., by
Proposed Road and Lot 413-A of the subdivision plan; and on the S. and W., by
Proposed Road. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 68° 45′ E.,
86.51 m. from B.L.L.M. 21, Davao Cad. 102, thence Due East 127.50 m. to point
2; thence S. 41° 48′ E., 234.00 m. to point 3; thence S. 61° 53′ W., 100.38 m.
to point 4; thence S. 0° 02′ E., 16.95 m. to point 5; thence S. 62° 11′ W., 17.25
m. to point 6; Whence S. 17° 19′ W., 47.94 m. to point 7; thence due west
360.51 m. to point 8; then Due North 292.50 m. to. point 9; thence Due East
95.00 m. to point 10; thence Due East 100.00 m. to the point of beginning;
containing an area of one hundred sixteen thousand nine hundred fifty-two
(116,952) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on
the plan and are marked on the ground by Cone. ,Cyl. Mons.; bearings true;
declination 2° 14′ E.; date of survey, Oct. 23, 1950.”

Sketch Plan, being a portion of Lot 413 of the cadastral survey of Davao,
G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No.——), situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao.
Bounded on the E. and S., by Proposed Road; and on the NW., by Lot 412-N of the
subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 49°
24′ E., 425.26 m. from B.L.L.M. 21, Davao Cad. 102, thence Due West
29.52 m. to point 2; thence N. 17° 19′ E., 47.94 m. to point 3; thence N. 62°
11′ E., 17.25 m. to point 4; thence S. 0° 06′ W., 53.82 m. to the point of
beginning; containing an area of one thousand and eighty-six (1,086) square
meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are
marked on the ground by Conc. Cyl. Mons.; bearings true; declaration 2° 14′ E.;
date of survey, Oct. 23, 1950.”
