PROCLAMATION NO. 295, December 12, 1951

RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MABALACAT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Presidential Proclamations December 12, 1951



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, and article one (1) of the Agreement
between the Republic of the Philippines and the United States of America
concerning Military Bases, signed at Manila on the 14th day of March, 1947, I
hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the use of the United
States Army, subject to private rights if any there be, certain parcels of the
public domain situated in the municipality of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga,
and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Parcel I

“A parcel of land (Lot 617 of the Cadastral
Survey of Mabalacat, G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No. 132), situated in the barrio of
Dau, municipality of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga. Bounded on the NE., by
Lots 4-B and 4-C of plan Psd-9791 and Lot 3, Mabalacat Cadastre and on the SW.,
by Clark Field Fort-Stotsenburg Military Reservation (BCN-2001). Beginning at a
point marked 1 on plan, being N. 8° 45′ W., 1268.32 m. from M.B.M. 25,
Mabalacat Cadastre, thence S. 16° 05′ E., 312.22 m. to point 2; thence N. 20°
56′ W., 570.36 m. to point 3; thence S. 26° 45′ W., 260.64 m. to the point of
beginning; containing an area of seven thousand five hundred twenty seven
(7,527) square meters, more or less.” (Subject to the future survey.)

Parcel II

“A parcel of land (Lot 666 of the Cadastral
Survey of Mabalacat, G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No. 132), situated in the barrio of
Dau, municipality of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga. Bounded on the N. and
NE., by Lot 3, Mabalacat Cadastre; and on the SW., by Clark Field-Fort
Stotsenburg Military Reservation (Bcn-2001). Beginning at a point marked 1 on
plan, being N. 26° 21′ E., 956.64 m. from M.B.M. 25, Mabalacat Cadastre, thence
N. 79° 42′ W., 538.78 m. to point 2; thence S. 86° 38′ E., 295.93 m. to point
3; thence S. 78° 03′ E., 50.76 m. to point 4; thence S. 69° 41′ E., 197.28 m.
to the point of beginning; containing; an area of ten thousand three hundred
sixty-two (10,362) square meters, more or less.” (Subject to the future

Parcel III

A parcel of land (Lot 665 of the
Cadastral Survey of Mabalacat, G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No. 132), situated in the
barrio of Dau, municipality of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga. Bounded on the
NE., by Lot 37, Mabalacat Cadastre; on the SW., by Clark Field-Fort Stotsenburg
Military Reservation BCN-2001; and on the N., by Lot 3, Mabalacat Cadastre.
Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 26° 21′ E., 642.86 m. to point
2; thence S. 83° 40′ E., 344.52 m. to point 3; thence N. 88° 07′ W., 985.78 m.
to the point of beginning; containing an area of thirteen thousand one hundred
thirty-two (13,132) square meters, more or less.” (Subject to the future

“A parcel of land (as described on plan Ps-20073,
G.L.R.O. Record No.——), situated in the barrio of San Joaquin, municipality of
Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga. Bounded on the NE., by Lot 748 of plan
Ps-20072; on the SE., by Lots 250, 689, 608 and 249, Mabalacat Cadastre; and on
the W. and NW., by the property of the United States of America (Clark Field
Fort Stotsenburg Military Reservation) described on plan BCNj-2001, Beginning
at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 31° 47′ W., 1127.74 m. from B.B.M. 33,
Mabalacat Cad. 93, thence g. 42° 43′ W., 240.22 m. to point 2; thence S. 12°
11′ W., 82.74 m. to point 3; thence S. 45° 42′ W., 163.59 m. to point 4; thence
S. 74° 55′ W., 40.88 m. to point 5; thence S. 32° 53′ W., 49.13 m. to point 6;

Parcel V

A parcel of land (as described on
plan Ps-20072, G.L.R.O. Record No.——), situated in the barrio of San Joaquin
municipality of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga. Bounded on the NE., by Public
Land, the properties of the United States of America as described on plans of
SWO-25901 (Lot Psd-3503) and Lot 251 of Plan Psd-1334; on the SE., by
251-A-l-A, Psd-3503) and SWO-25968 (Lot 251-Ar-l-B, Lot 251-B of plan Psd-1334
and Lots 609 and 250, Mabalacat Cadastre; on the SW., by Lot 749 of plan
Ps-20073; and on the NW., by the property of the United States of America as
described on plan BCN-2001 (Clark Field-Fort Stotsenburg Military Reservation).
Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 13° 51′ W., 649.79 m. from
B.B.M. 33, Mabalacat Cad. 93, thence S. 37° 52′ W., 137.73 m. to point 2;
