AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 169, DATED FEBRUARY 22, 1950, BY CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LAND DESCRIBED THEREIN.

The boundaries of the land reserved under
Proclamation No. 169, dated February 22, 1950, are hereby amended to read as follows,
to wit:

“A parcel of land (Lot R. P.-3-b-4-A of the
subdivision plan Bsd-10352, being a portion of Lot R. P.-3-B-4 described in
plan Psd-7365, G.L.R.O. Record No.), situated in the District of Diliman,
Quezon City, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE. and SE., by Lot R. P.-3-b-4-B
of the subdivision plan; on the SW., by Hilaga Avenue (40.00 m. wide); and on
the NW., by Lot R. P.-3-b-4-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point
marked “1” on plan, being N. 9 deg. 27′ W., 1784.92 m. from B. L. L. M. 7,
Caloocan Cad. 267, thence N. 12 deg. 37′ E., 220.00 m. to point “2”; thence N.
12 deg. 37′ E., 220.00 m. to point “3”; thence N. 12 deg. 37′ E., 200.00 m. to
point “4”; thence S. 77 deg. 23′ E., 247.67 m. to point “5”; thence S. 77 deg.
23′ E., 234.33 m. to point “6”; thence S. 77 deg. 23′ E., 234 m. to point “7”;
thence S. 77 deg. 23′ E., 141.67 m. to point “8”; thence S. 12 deg. 37′ W.,
200.00 m. to point “9”; thence S. 12 deg. 37′ W., 220.00 m. to point “10”;
thence S. 12 deg. 37′ W., 220.00 m. to point “11”; thence N. 77 deg. 23′ W.,
141.67 m. to point “12”; thence N. 77 deg. 23′ W., 234.33 m. to point “13”;
thence N. 77 deg. 23′ W., 234.33 m. to point “14”; thence N. 77 deg. 23′ W.,
247.67 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of five hundred
forty-nine thousand one hundred twenty (549, 120) square meters, more or less.
All point referred to are indicated on the plan are marked on the ground as
follows: point 11, by Iron Bar driven in Adobe Stone above ground; and the
rest, by B. L. Cyl. Conc. Mons; bearings true; declination 0. Deg. 48′ E., date
of the original survey, Dec. 1910-June, 1911 and that of the subdivision
survey, January 10-14, 1950.”

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
