EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 763, DATED JANUARY 16, 1935, AND RESERVING FOR CONSTABULARY SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATE…

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby exclude from the operation of
Proclamation No. 763, dated January 16, 1935, and reserve for constabulary site
purposes under the administration of the Chief of Constabulary, subject to
private rights, if any there be, a portion of the land embraced therein
situated in the municipality of Ilagan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon,
and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Plan Ir-1026, to wit:

NATIONAL RESERVATION
Republic of the Philippines
(Philippine Constabulary)

A parcel of land (as shown on plan Ir-1026, G. L.
R. 0. Record No………….) situated in the barrio of Calamagui municipality of
Ilagan. Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE by lot 25,
Ilagan Additional Townsite; on the SE. by lots 16 and 11, Ilagan Additional
Townsite; on the SW. by lot 11, Ilagan Additional Townsite; and on the W. and
NW. by lot 25, Ilagan Additional Townsite. Beginning at a point marked “1” on
plan, being S. 68° 44′ W., 1,228.51 m. from B.L.B.M. 1, barrio of Guinatan,
municipality of Ilagan, Isabela, thence N. 75° 44′ E., 66.06 m. to point 2;
thence S. 89° 17′ E., 118.96 m. to point 3; thence S. 45° 28′ E., 145.21 m. to
point 4; thence S. 69° 08′ E., 46.45 m. to point 5; thence S. 77° 20′ E., 25.59
m. to point 6; thence S. 16° 49′ W., 72.66 m. to point 7; thence S. 16° 49′ W.,
14.61 m. to point 8; thence N. 70° 25′ W., 354.51 m. to point 9; thence N. 3°
24′ E., 74.07 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of 40,021 square
meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are
marked on the ground as follows: point 9, by P. L. S. Cone. Mon.; and the rest,
by B. L. Cone. Mons.; bearings true; declination 0° 21′ E.; date of survey,
September 1, 1948—December 17, 1949 and that of the approval, September 28,
1950.

NOTE: This is lot 1, Ts-205 as surveyed for
Ilagan Additional Townsite (formerly Pr-200-A).”
