Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby exclude from the operation of
Proclamation No. 427, series of 1931, and reserve for presidencia site
purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Santiago, Isabela,
subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public
domain situated in the municipality of Santiago, Province of Isabela, Island of
Luzon more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan SWO-26255, to
wit:

A parcel of land (lot 4975 of the cadastral
survey of Santiago, G.L.R.O. cadastral record No.—————), situated in the
poblacion, municipality of Santiago, Province of Isabel?., Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the NE. by lots 82 and 81, Santiago cadastre, Calle Tumamot, lots
78, 6564 and 76, Santiago cadastre, Calle Gov. Gaffud and lot 75,. Santiago
cadastre; on the SE., S. and SW. by lot 1, Santiago cadastral; and on the NW.,
Calle Panganiban. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, N. 3° 12′ W., 792.94
m. from B.L.L.M. 78, Santiago cadastre, thence S. 20° 10′ M., 28.60 m. to point
“2”; thence S. 79° 40′ W., 119.36 m. to point “3”; thence N. 8° 37′ W., 16.48
m. to point “4”; thence N. 47° 27′ W., 140.22 m. to point “5”; thence N. 50°
31′ E., 7.88 m. to point “6”; thence N. 50° 31′ E., 76.82 m. to point “7”;
thence N. 50° 31′ E., 7.98 m. to point “8”; thence N. 51° 17′ 34.80 m. to point

by Old Corners; bearing true; declination 0° 20′ E.; date of the cadastral
survey, July 8, 1927.
