RESERVING FOR HIGH SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAUAYAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for High School site purposes, under the administration
of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be,
a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Cauayan,
Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described in the
Bureau of Lands plan Psu-119942, to wit:

municipality of Cauayan, Province of Isabela. Bounded on the north by property

Psd-24238); on the northeast by property of Cleopatra Ordonez; on the southeast by properties of
the Municipal Gov’t. of Cauayan (lot “A”.
Psd-24238) and Nieves Tolentino; on the southwest, by National Highway; and on
the northwest, by properties of Laureano Lucas and Cleopatra Ordonez. Beginning
at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 41° 56′ W., 1335.82 from B.L.L.M. 1, Mp. of Cauayan — thence S.

area of seventy-eight thousand two hundred seventy-four square meters (78,274),
more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked
on the grounds as follows: point “1”, by Old P.L.S. conc. monument; points “2”
and “3” by old B.L. Conc. monuments; and the rest, by P.L.S. cyl. conc.
monuments; bearings true; declination 0° 22′ E., date of the survey, June 11,
1948 and that of the approval of Aug. 18, 1948.”
