EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 427, SERIES OF 1931, AND RESERVING: FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY O…
Upon the Recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I,hereby exclude from the operation of
Proclamation No. 427, series of 1931, and reserve for market site purposes,
under the administration of the municipality of Santiago, Isabela, subject to
private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the .public domain”
situated in the municipality of Santiago, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon,
and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Psd-18663, to wit:
“Lot 4976-A—A parcel of land (lot 4976-A
of the subdivision plan Psd-18663, being a portion of lot 4976 of the cadastral
survey of Santiago, G.L.R.O; Cad. Record No. 1496), situated in the poblacion,
municipality of Santiago, Province of Isabela. Bounded on the NW., NE., and
SE., by lot 8000-A of the subdivision plan; and on the S., by lot 4976-B of the
subdivision plan; Beginning at a point marked on plan being N. 31° 36′ W.,
771.66 m. from B. L. L. M. Nov-78, Santiago cadastre; thence N. 44° 04′ E.,
111.44 m. to point 2; thence S. 73° 23′ E., .49.57 m. to point 3; thence S. 38°
44′ W., 78.51 m. to point A; thence S. 84° 11′ W., 37.93 m. to point 5;
thence: S. 88° 42′ W., 38.21 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area
of 4,719 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on
the plan and are marked on the. ground as follows: point 1 by P.L.S. concrete
monument, points 2, 3, and 5 by Old B. L. concrete monuments and point 4 by B.
L. concrete monument; bearings true; declination 0° 46′ E.; date of the
original survey, Sept., 1924-Feb., 1932 and that of the subdivision survey,
October 21-22 and 29, 1940.”

lot 4975 of Santiago cadastre; on the NE, by lot 4975 of Santiago cadastre and
Camacam Street; 15.00 m. wide; on the S., by lots 80.00-C and. 4976-B of the
subdivision plan; on the SE. and SW. by lot 4976-fA of the subdivision plan;
and on the NW., by lot 4976-A of the subdivision plan, lots 75 and 4975
of Santiago cadastre and Panganiban Street 8.00 m. wide. Beginning at a point
marked 1 on plan, being N. 3° 12′ W., 792.94 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 78,
Santiago cadastre; thence N. 51° 42′ E., 24.32 m. to point 2; thence S. 39° 03′
E., 8.19 m. to point 3; thence S. 39° 42′ E., 47.56 m. to point 4; thence S.
40° 36′ E., 14.50 m. to point 5; thence” S. 64° 55′ W., 5.36 m. to point 6;

40′ E., 119.36 m. to point 28; thence N. 20° 10’ E. 28.60 m. to the point of
beginning; containing an area 42,621 square meters, more or less. All points
referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows:
point 5, 6, 9, 10, 15, and 17 by P.L.S. concrete monuments, points 7 and 8 by
crosses on trees, point 11 by stone monument, point 16 by Guijo post fence and
the rest by Old B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination 0° 46′ E.;
date of the original survey, Sept., 1924-Feb., 1932 and that of the subdivision
survey, October 21-22 and 29, 1940.”
