Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the
Philippines, hereby amend Proclamation Numbered Two hundred and twenty, dated
November eleven, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, as amended by Proclamation
Numbered Seven hundred forty-four, dated August eleven, nineteen hundred and
forty-one, by changing the name of about five thousand six hundred and seventy-six
hectares, situated in the Municipality of Bongabon, Province of Nueva Ecija,
and Municipality of Baler, Province of Quezon, to “Aurora Memorial Park”, in
honor of the late Doña Aurora Aragon Quezon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 19th day of May,
in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-nine, and of the
Independence of the Philippines, the third.
