AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 103, DATED NOVEMBER 12, 1948, BY ADDING CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND REVISING THE BOUNDARIES AND TECHNICAL DESCRIPTIONS THEREIN.

The first paragraph of Proclamation No. 103,
dated November 12, 1948, is hereby amended to read as follows:

“Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provision of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby exclude from the operation of
Proclamation No. 414, series of 1931, and reserve for agricultural plantation
purposes, under the administration of the National Abaca and Other Fibers
Corporation, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the conditions
that the disposition of the timber and other forest products therein shall be
under the administration and control of the Bureau of Forestry and that no
portion of the area shall be devoted to agricultural purposes unless certified
by the Bureau of Forestry that the land is not needed for forest purposes, a parcel
of land situated in the municipal districts of Capalong and Tagum, Province of
Davao, Island of Mindanao, bounded on the north, by public land; on the east,
by public land; on the south, by property of the Davao Penal Colony; and on the
west, by public land, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning from a point marked 1 on the plan and
which is equivalent to M.B.M. No. 18 of Tagum cadastre (cadastral 276) thence
due north, 10,150.00 meters to point 2; thence due east, 6,660.00 meters to point
3; thence N. 86° 47′ E., 3,305.23 meters to point 4; thence S. 2° 00′ E.,
495.00 meters to point 5; thence S. 30° 30′ W., 3,240.00 meters to point 6;
thence S. 24° 00′ E., 6,840.00 meters to point 7; thence due south 800.00
meters to point 8; thence due west, 11,115.00 meters to point of beginning.
Containing an approximate area of 9,860.5928 hectares. Subject to the future
survey.”
