RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABASALAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for school purposes under the administration of the
director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, a
certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Kabasalan,
Province of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described in
the Bureau of Lands plan Mr-1007, to wit:

A parcel of land situated in the barrio of Tagup, municipality of Kabasalan, Province of Zamboanga,
Island of Mindanao, Bounded on the N. and e., by
road; on the SW., by lot 1949, Kabasalan Public Land Subdivision; and on the
W., by lot 1943, Kabasalan Public Land Subdivision. Beginning at  point marked 1 on plan Mr-1007, S. 20-30′ W., 2644.24 m.
from M. B. M. 1, Kabasalan Public Land Subdivision
Pls-101, thence N. 0-24′ W., 239.51 m. to point 2;
S. 89-53′ E., 408.51 m. to point 3; S. 3-18′ W.,
324.93 m. to point 4; N. 77-32′ W., 397.52 m. to point 1; point of beginning.

Containing an area of one hundred twelve thousand
six hundred seventy-six (112,676) square meters, more or less.

All point referred to are marked on plan Mr-1007,
and on the ground by concrete monuments marked P.L.S.

Bearing true. Declination 2-19′ E.

Surveyed: May 21 and 24, 1994.

Approved: January 20, 1949.

NOTE: This is Lot 1944, Kabasalan Public Land
Subdivision PLS-101.
