RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BINTAWAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SOLANO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the
Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, a
parcel of the public domain situated in the barrio of Bintawan, municipality of
Solano, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon , and more particularly
described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 765 of the cadastral survey
of Solano, G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No. ____ ), situated in the barrio of Bintawan,
municipality of Solano, Province of Nueva Vizcaya. Bounded on the E., by Lots
760, 761, and 763; on the SE., by Lots 787, 786, 785, 784, and 783; on the S.,
by Lot 766; on the SW., by Lot 785; on the W., by Lot 768; and on the NW., by
Lots 745, 746, 747, 748, 749, 750, 751 and 752. Beginning at a point marked “1”
on plan, being S. 48º 01′ W., 753.25 m. from B.B.M. 1, between Ibung &
Bintawan, Mun. of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya;

thence S. 68º 16′ W., 19.71 m. to point “2”;
thence S. 66º 50′ W., 10.14 m. to point “3”; thence N. 6º 57′ W., 44.01 m. to

containing an area of thirty five thousand seven
hundred thirteen (38,713), square meters, more or less. All points referred to
are indicated on the plan; and on the ground are marked by Old Corners;
bearings true; date of the cadastral survey, August 29, 1922.
