RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN ROQUE (TANGOS), MUNICIPALITY OF NAVOTAS, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the
Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, the
following parcel of the public domain situated in the barrio of San Roque
(Tangos), municipality of Navotas , Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon, to wit:

A parcel of land Swo-20658 (Plan Psu-116674),
situated in the barrio of San Roque (Tangos), municipality of Navotas, Province
of Rizal. Bounded on the NE., by property of Placido Hizon et al claimed by
Marcelina Giongco and Lot 9 of plan Psu-5173-Amd.; on the S., by property of
Santiago de la Peña; and on the SW., W. and NW., by Manila Bay. Beginning at a
point marked “1” on plan, being N. 48° 35′ W., 1726.72 from B. L. L. M. 1, Mp.
of Navotas, Rizal; thence S. 85° 18′ W., 39.47 m. to point “2”; thence N. 54°
03′ W., 129.42 m. to point “3”; thence N. 8° 08′ E., 21.20 m. to point “4”; thence
N. 37° 52′ E., 95.12 m. to point “5”; thence N. 0° 10′ W. 60.85 m. to point
“6”; thence N. 67° 33′ E., 10.34 m. to point “7”; thence S. 14° 36′ E., 51.91
m. to point “8”; thence S. 14° 20′ E., 109.32 m. to point “9”; thence S. 23°
12′ E., 84.28 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of fourteen
thousand and sixty (14.060) square meters, more or less. All points referred to
are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points “1”, “8” and “9” are
marked by Old P.L.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; points “2” and “7”, by P.L.S. Hard Stone
Mons.; and the rest, by Stakes.; bearings true; declination 0° 46′ E., date of
survey , January 5, and 12, 1947 and approved on February 15, 1947.
