RESERVING FOR POST OFFICE AND RADIO-TELEGRAPH MESSAGE CENTER SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED AT THE CITY OF LEGASPI, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for Post Office and Radio-Telegraph Message Center site
purposes, under the administration of the Director of Telecommunications,
subject of private rights, if any there be, a parcel of the public domain
located at the City of Legaspi, Island of Luzon, and more particularly
described in the Bureau of Lands plan Ir-1010, to wit:

A parcel of land (plan Ir-101), situated in the
City of Legaspi, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., by Lot 1761 and Quezon
Boulevard 30.00 M. wide; on the SE., by property of Republic of the Philippines
(Bureau of Forestry); and Lot 1087; on the SW., by Lots 1697, 1088, 1087, 1086
and 1761; and on the NW., by Lots 1085 and 1761. Beginning at a point marked
“1” on plan, being S. 15° 50′ W., 268.56 m. form B.L.L.M. 1, Mp. of Legaspi;
thence S. 67° 25′ W., 7.40 m. to point “2”; thence N. 12° 38′ W., 26.18 m. to
point “3”; thence N. 20° 03′ E., 2.01 m. to point “4”; thence S. 45° 55′ E.,
23.67 m. to point “5”; thence N. 51° 13′ E., 24.99 m. to point “6”; thence N.
24° 53′ W., 24.42 m. to point “7”; thence N. 51° 23′ E., 14.24 m. to point “8”;
thence S. 39° 39′ E., 58.04 to point “9”; thence S. 37° 05′ E., 9.97 m. to
point “10”; thence S. 32° 23′ E., 9.97 m. to point “11”; thence S. 25° 20′ E.,
5.84 m. to point “12”; thence S. 70° 22′ W., 73.64 m. to point “13”; thence N.
9° E., 11.35 m. to point “14”; thence N. 19° 59′ W., 14.78 m. to point “15”;
thence N. 19° 10′ W., 14.78 m. to point “15”; thence N. 19° 10′ W., 11.85 m. to
the point of beginning; containing an area of three thousand six hundred
seventy-nine (3,679) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are
indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 6, 9, 10,
11 and 12 by B.L. Conc. Mons. point 7 by cross house, point 8 by center of
stone post and the rest by Old Corners; bearing true; declination 0° 13′ E.;
date of survey, April 2, and May 6-7, 1948, and that of the approval, July 28,
1948.

NOTE. – This is Lot 9894 of Legaspi Cad. which
was formerly under water; covered by Ir-1010.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 12th day of
October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, and of the
