FIXING THE PERIOD WITHIN WHICH APPLICATIONS FOR FREE PATENT MAY BE FILED

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 45
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended by Republic Act No. 107, I hereby fix
the period from June 2, 1947, to December 31, 1957, within which applications
for free patent may be filed by persons entitled thereto for tracts of land
disposable under this form of land grant in all provinces, cities,
municipalities, municipal districts or regions in the Philippines, including
the Provinces of Agusan, Cotabato, Bukidnon, Lanao, Davao, Sulu, and the
Mountain Province.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 3rd day of June,
in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, and of the
Independence of the Philippines, the second.
