ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 139 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED Acting
Presiding Judges, in addition to their regular duties in their own
courts, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders
from this Court.

1. Hon. MOISES G. NIFRAS,
Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Binalbagan, Negros
Occidental, Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court
in-Cities, Branch 7, Bacolod City;

2. Hon. ANTONIO L. JAYOBO,
Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Silay City,
Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Talisay
City;.

3. Hon. DANILO M. TENERIFE,
Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Pontevedra, Negros
Occidental, Acting Presiding Judge of the 3rd MCTC: Murcia-Salvador
Benedicto, Negros Occidental;

4. Hon. ELSIE R. ELUMBA,
Presiding Judge of the 5th MCTC: Isabela-Moises Padilla, Negros
Occidental, Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, La
Castellana, Negros Occidental.

All judges shall be entitled to reimbursement of travelling expenses
with per diems and an additional expense allowance and a hardship
allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court
En Banc, dated February 2, 1999.
